In short

We process personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). This website sets no cookies and does not track you across other websites. For aggregated visitor statistics without cookies we use Cloudflare Web Analytics (see below). Fonts are served from our own web space; no data is sent to Google or other advertising networks.

Hosting

The website is delivered through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, browser and device details, and technical error reports. The purpose is delivering the website, keeping it secure and protecting it from attacks. Cloudflare runs servers worldwide, so data may also be processed in the USA. Disclosure abroad relies on appropriate safeguards, in particular the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Visitor statistics

To see how many people visit the website and which pages they open, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. A small Cloudflare script reports the page address, referring page, browser, device type, country and load times when a page is opened. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and builds no profiles; the country is derived from the IP address, but the IP address itself is not stored for the statistics. We only see aggregated figures. The purpose is to improve the website. Here too, data may be processed in the USA; the same safeguards as for hosting apply.

Contact by email

When you write to us, we process your details (name, email address, content of the message) to answer your request. We keep the correspondence for as long as the request, any engagement or legal retention duties require. Our mailbox is run by an external provider that stores the data on our behalf.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers named here or where the law requires it. We do not sell data.

Your rights

You may request access to your data and its correction, deletion or a copy. Write us an email to do so. You may also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Security

The website is delivered only over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and runs with strict security policies. Nobody can guarantee complete security for transmission over the internet.

Changes

We update this statement when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
