Microsoft Foundry, formerly Azure AI Foundry, gives you a choice of many models, from GPT to open models. I pick the right one for each task, build your application on it and run it in your own Azure subscription. Where a model processes your data depends on the deployment type: regional in Switzerland, EU Data Zone or global. Only the regional type keeps processing inside Switzerland, and not every model is offered that way. I check each model individually.
